
Glenna Pamphile
Director of Underwriting
Glenna joined Venture Captive Management as a Sr. Casualty Underwriter of the National Assisted Living Risk Retention Group (NALRRG). Her initial responsibilities included handling both new and renewal underwriting, policy management, account administration, claims review and some marketing. She has since become an evolving subject matter expert and been promoted to Manager of NALRRG. After successfully transitioning to manager of the RRG, she quickly stepped up to become Underwriting Manager and spearheads a team of underwriter handling both NALRRG and VCM’s Captives.
Glenna joined VCM with a variety of insurance and finance expertise in varying lines of business. She has 17 years of experience partnering with P&C insurance carriers, MGAs and premium finance companies, and claim, in both standard and excess/surplus lines markets. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the State University of New York at Brockport. She holds two Master’s Degrees; Human Resource Development from St. John Fisher College and an M.B.A in Finance & Risk Management from Capella University. She has earned her CPCU designation and is a licensed P&C
agent.

Rachel Sabatino
Underwriter I
Rachel joined Venture Captive Management in 2017 as an office coordinator and was promoted to Account Manager in 2019. After completing her AU in Commercial Underwriting, Rachel was promoted to Underwriter in 2021. She is responsible for evaluating risks to ensure our rates are profitable and competitive in the current market, in addition to providing support for the
underwriting, accounting, and compliance departments.
Prior to VCM, Rachel was a cosmetologist in NYC before moving to Georgia in 2000. In 2008, she returned to college and earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Georgia Gwinnett College. After graduation, she worked as an Administrative Assistant in an insurance agency before joining the VCM team.
Her interests outside of work include hiking, running, spending time with her family, and DIY home projects.

Gia Nedd
Underwriter III
Gia Nedd joined the Venture Captive Management team as an Underwriter in the Risk Retention Group bringing more than 20 years of Insurance experience. Her primary responsibility is to evaluate each risk to ensure our rates are profitable and competitive in the current market. Some previous positions held were Underwriter, Consultant and Account Manager with some major companies such as AIG and MetLife as well as some national and local brokerage firms. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Shorter University in Rome, Georgia. Gia currently holds licenses in Property and Casualty, Life Accident and Health Agent/Broker and just recently Property Casualty Adjuster.
Her interests outside of work include spending time with family and participating in community service projects.

Beverly Williams
Sr. Casualty Underwriter
Beverly Williams joined the Venture Captive Management team as a Sr. Casualty Underwriter bringing more than 35 years of Insurance experience. Her background in insurance brings experience working with casualty insurance carriers and managing general agents in both the standard and excess markets. Her responsibilities include involvement in both new and renewal risk underwriting. Her duties include evaluating each risk to ensure our rates are profitable and competitive in the current market, policy management, account management, and claims review of Risk Retention Groups and Captive accounts. Beverly has held positions with companies such as Chubb, American Safety Insurance and Nation’s Builders Insurance Services.
Beverly holds two Masters Degrees from Keller University an MPA concentration in Healthcare, graduated Magna Cum Laude. An MBA concentration in Human Recourses graduated with Distinctions. Her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing was earned from DeVry University. Beverly currently holds licenses in Property and Casualty and Life Accident and Health Agent. She has her Accredited Advisor in Insurance and Associate in General Insurance certifications.
Her interests outside of work include spending time with family, financial education, and community service projects.
